Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer is the critical link between beRobox’s advanced technology and the customer’s operational reality. You are not just a supporter of sales; you are a technical consultant and a solution architect who provides credibility and deep expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will translate complex engineering features into clear, quantifiable business advantages (ROI, simplicity, performance) for our clients.
Requirements
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
Perfectly bilingual (French and English) is mandatory.
3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, field application engineering, or sales engineering role, ideally within industrial automation, material handling, or robotics.
Deep understanding of factory automation processes, PLCs, machine vision, and integration principles.
Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences, from factory floor managers to executive leadership.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel 10 to 12 times per year to customer sites and industry trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Consulting & Design: Partner with the Sales team to understand prospective client facilities, production requirements, and pain points. Design and recommend optimal beRobox automation solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and maximum value delivery.
Demonstration Expert: Serve as the product expert, conducting compelling, personalized technical demonstrations (virtual and in-person) of our full product suite, with a focus on highlighting the unique plug‑and‑play features of the PALTZ.i50 and the unmatched simplicity of STACKiT AI.Vision .
Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical sections for proposals, tenders, and Statement of Works (SOWs), clearly documenting specifications and performance guarantees.
Market Feedback: Collaborate directly with the Product Development and Engineering teams, relaying crucial market and customer feedback to fuel our next wave of innovation.
Training: Contribute to the technical training and enablement of internal Sales Representatives and Distributor partners.
