In this role, you will install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and outstanding customer satisfaction while collaborating closely with field service teams. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair complex equipment and control systems onsiteProvide technical support and training to customers and field techniciansTroubleshoot system issues using diagnostic tools and softwareSupport documentation, technical reports, and service recordsParticipate in system audits, upgrades, and commissioning activitiesAssist with proposal reviews, application reporting, and sales supportCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service delivery challengesOccasional travel within the province (up to 20%) Qualifications Post‑secondary education in electronics, electromechanics, or software3+ years of field experience in electronics or electromechanical systemsFluency in French (written and verbal); basic written EnglishValid Class 5 driver’s license Preferred Experience with industrial automation (QCS/DCS systems)Previous exposure to pulp & paper industry or technical field servicesCustomer service experience and strong troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of networking, MS Office, and field documentation practicesProfessional development and growth opportunitiesWork with advanced automation and industrial control technologiesStrong, collaborative technical team environment Seniority Level Not Applicable Employment Type Full‑time Apply Now #J-18808-Ljbffr
