Supervisor of Child, Youth and Family Development

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Supervisor of Child, Youth and Family Development.
Responsibilities:- Ensure the overall health, safety, and well-being of children in our care.
- Oversee and support the delivery of high-quality educational programming for children aged 0-12 years.
- Conduct orientation tours of the centre for new families and maintain accurate records of children's information.
- Develop and implement site plans to ensure maximum capacity utilization and program delivery efficiency.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and volunteers, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and certifications.
- Early Childhood Education Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience in a child and/or youth setting.
- Membership with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE) in good standing.
- Current certification in Immunization Record, TB Test, and medical note confirming fitness for CCEYA.
- Valid G-class driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Current and satisfactory Police Record with Vulnerable Sector Check.
