We are seeking an innovative and strategic Social Media Manager with expertise in graphic design and AI-powered tools to lead our digital presence across B2B and B2C projects. This role combines advanced social media management, automation, and AI-driven content creation to maximize brand impact. The ideal candidate will leverage their creativity, design proficiency, and deep understanding of AI tools to produce compelling content and automate processes, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Manage multiple social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok) for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Develop and implement targeted social media strategies aligned with overarching marketing goals, audience personas, and campaign objectives.
- Automate posting schedules and workflows using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, and Zapier to improve efficiency and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, audience feedback, and opportunities for interaction.
- Analyze platform analytics and provide actionable insights to optimize performance across campaigns.
Content Creation & AI-Driven Design
- Design and produce high-quality, engaging visuals including static images, carousels, videos, infographics, and multimedia assets tailored for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Leverage generative AI tools like ChatGPT, DALL·E, and Runway to develop innovative content, including text-to-image, video, and tailored messaging.
- Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all platforms and campaigns, ensuring alignment with target audiences and market segments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for blogs, ad campaigns, and strategic projects.
AI and Automation Focus
- Identify and implement AI tools and automation systems to streamline social media management and content creation processes.
- Use predictive analytics and audience segmentation to refine campaign targeting and messaging.
- Integrate generative AI models to create scalable, personalized content for diverse audiences, driving engagement and ROI.
B2B & B2C Marketing
- Develop tailored strategies for B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring relevance to industry verticals, customer personas, and buying cycles.
- Align content and campaigns to address the unique needs of both business decision-makers and end consumers.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver results-driven campaigns for lead generation, conversion, and brand loyalty.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Expertise in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, DALL·E, Jasper, or Runway for content creation.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, native platform insights, and predictive modeling.
- Strong video editing and multimedia production skills.
Marketing & Strategy
- Proven experience managing social media for B2B and B2C audiences with a focus on lead generation and engagement.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, audience segmentation, and buyer personas.
- Strong ability to align visual and messaging strategies with overall marketing objectives.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management and graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating success across B2B and B2C projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
