Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA, to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests.
- Provide regular updates to management on project status, highlighting any issues or risks.
- Quality Assurance: Support quality assurance activities by coordinating testing schedules and tracking defect resolution.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify and document project risks and issues, working with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
- Escalate critical issues to management as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management within an IT or software development environment.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and product modeling processes.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Familiarity with programming languages and development frameworks (e.g., Python, Java, .NET) is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of database management and data modeling concepts.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
