We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator for one of our client located in Oshawa. The company is into the business of Elevator Manufacturing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate day-to-day tasks and schedule workers at customer locations.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with other departments.
- Building strong relationships with workers and clients is a necessity.
- Meeting project deadlines with mínimal interruption.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 Project Coordination/Management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Gantt Charts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- PMP Certification would be an asset.
- Strong customer service skills are a necessity.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively and independently, multi-task, and stay organized under pressure is required.
- Time management and priority management skills are necessary.
- Friendly, flexible, talented, creative, highly motivated worker and communicator.

**Position conditions**:

- Largely sedentary position.
- Minimal travel may be required throughout the GTA.

**Location**: Oshawa

**Shift Time**: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Mon - Thurs)

7:00 am to 12:00 pm (Fri)

**Pay Rate**: $23/hr to $26/hr (depending on experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oshawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
