The incumbent will provide visible, proactive leadership and promote the delivery of client centered care through identified educational programming. In collaboration with the Manager, the Therapy Educator is responsible for assessing learning needs of staff, planning, implementing, and evaluating education activities/programs. The Therapy Educator will use a consultative approach and research findings to provide support to health care professionals as appropriate.
