Explain discrepancies and make recommendations for corrective actions to be taken.* Collaborate with the Operations group team to provide the necessary support for the preparation of financial analysis for the effective management of its activities.* Prepare key performance indicators, support management and finance team by providing them with the forecasts, budgets and other required analysis. Continuous budget and financial forecasting:* Participate in the forecasting and budgeting process and lead initiatives to continually improve and automate the tools used.* Prepare a detailed budget by business unit and review it with business partners.* Change financial forecasts following monthly analysis and discussions with different business partners. Ad hoc and continuous improvement:* Prepare various ad hoc requirements for the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis.* Support the finance team with month-end closing procedures and the preparation of monthly management reports.Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or administration* 5 to 10 years of relevant experience* CPA designation an asset* Bilingualism (French/English) both oral and written.* Strong analytical thinking* Autonomous and proactive* Knowledge and proficiency in accounting and financial systems and software; knowledge of Microsoft Excel/PowerPointWe believe that genuine care can make a real difference in the customer experience, and it begins with making a difference in the careers of our team members.**Belron Canada** is an integral part of the Belron International family, a global leader in auto glass repair and replacement, and forward-facing digital camera calibration.
