We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help with our continued growth and contribute to our future.
The Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce systems and reporting sales-related data to forecast, monitor, and measure sales performance. Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager, other highlights of the position include:
1. Generate and maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and analyses to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting.
2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and refine key performance metrics (KPIs) and reporting processes.
3. Responsible for creating and developing ESC reporting capabilities to maximize company revenue.
4. Build processes & procedures within Salesforce, and act as the primary Salesforce administrator, including user management, customization, data management, and system integrations.
5. Provide training and support to sales team members on Salesforce usage, best practices, and workflows.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy within Salesforce and other related systems.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within sales operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new Salesforce features to continuously optimize our sales operations.
What you'll need:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS company.
3. Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including configuration, customization, and reporting.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
8. Salesforce certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator) preferred.
9. Familiarity with Power BI and SQL servers (for reporting).
