Volante Technologies is a global provider of technology and software as a service to accelerate digital transformation and modernization in financial services. To support our rapid growth, we are hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst who will be a key contributor on the Revenue Operations team. The role's focus will be on ensuring that marketing operations processes are running optimally, ensuring data integrity and acting as the HubSpot Marketing administrator.

Qualifications

Required

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or a related field
  2. 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or a similar role
  3. Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub including marketing automation and reporting tools
  4. Experience with Salesforce CRM including reporting tools
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
  6. Experience auditing and maintaining data integrity
  7. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple streams of work in a fast-paced environment
  8. Experience in a B2B environment
  9. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  10. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity

Preferred

  1. HubSpot Marketing certifications
  2. Salesforce CRM certifications
  3. Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools
  4. Familiarity with other sales/marketing software including Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo
