We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team in Halifax as an Account Executive. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your account management and relationship building skills while working with a diverse team of experienced professionals.

About the Role

The Account Executive is responsible for retaining existing client accounts and developing new revenue streams through both new accounts and new opportunities within existing relationships. This role requires coordination of Aon resources to bring the best possible solutions to each client, ensuring delivery of all aspects of the Aon Client Promise plan.

What You Will Do
  • Manage existing client relationships to drive retention and growth
  • Develop new business opportunities through new accounts and new relationships
  • Cordinate Aon resources to deliver innovative and effective solutions to clients
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Provincial Insurance license required
  • CIP, FCIP, and CRM preferred or working towards
  • Minimum 5 years commercial insurance experience
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
