- Oversee inbound and outbound shipment planning to meet delivery timelines and service-level targets.

- Review and reconcile freight invoices, resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate billing.

- Build and maintain a freight matrix capturing carrier profiles, rates, and service data to support data-driven logistics decisions.

- Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL partners to maintain efficient, compliant operations.

- Monitor freight market trends and recommend cost-effective transportation strategies.

What we are looking for

- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in freight management, international logistics, or supply chain operations.

- Proven expertise in freight negotiation and carrier relationship management.

- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, CBSA/CBP compliance, and documentation requirements.

- Experience coordinating with 3PL partners and managing inventory flow.

- Skilled in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel (SAP preferred).

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- A proactive, analytical thinker with a commitment to precision and continuous improvement.

- Bonus: Experience in food packaging, consumer goods, or commodities.

Why join Eco Guardian

Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Opportunity to lead a key function in a growing, purpose-driven company.
