Signature Orthodontics is seeking a full‑time, dedicated, and energetic Registered Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our newly managed and growing practice in North Edmonton, AB.

What you will be doing – key responsibilities:

- Managing the patient experience through outstanding customer service skills.

- Take intra-oral records and radiographs.

- Provide excellent assisting skills to our clinical team.

- Provide oral health education to our patients and families.

- Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation the practice.

About you:

- Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality with a passion and energy for exceptional customer service.

- Ability to work cohesively in a large, tight‑knit team.

- Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients.

- Alignment with our vision, mission and values, which guide how we work.

What you bring – qualifications:

- 1+ years’ experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (preferred)

- Completion of Ortho Module (preferred‑willing to send for training)

- Previous experience in an orthodontic office (preferred).

- Working knowledge of Dolphin Management software system is an asset but not necessary

- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.

- Keen attention‑to‑detail and time management skills.

- Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and decision‑making skills.
