Signature Orthodontics is looking for a passionate and energetic full-time Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our well-established practice in North Edmonton, AB.

**What you will be doing - key responsibilities**:
- Managing the patient experience through exceptional customer service skills
- Take intra-oral records and radiographs.
- Provide exceptional orthodontic assisting skills to our clinical team.
- Perform Invisalign scans.
- Sterilization of instruments
- Provide oral health education to our patients and families.
- Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.

**What you bring - qualifications**:
- 1+ years’ experience as a Dental Assistant
- Orthodontic module (required)
- X-ray/Radiology certification
- Previous experience in an orthodontic office (preferred).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; proficiency with orthodontic management software systems is an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
- Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
- Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making skills.
