OTF Royal Oak is seeking an energetic and personable Sales Leader to take our sales performance to the next level.

As a Sales Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales team. You’ll have the autonomy to develop strategies, implement processes, and build a team culture that drives exceptional sales growth while staying true to our mission of being the most loved fitness brand.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a passionate sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Establish clear sales goals and performance metrics, creating a motivating environment that rewards both results and behaviours aligned with our brand values.
- Craft and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive lead conversion, membership growth, and retention.
- Analyze key sales metrics and market trends to continuously improve performance and seize new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales priorities with overall business objectives and marketing efforts.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence within the sales team.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience leading a team to achieve and surpass sales goals, ideally within the health and fitness industry.
- Passionate about mentoring, training, and empowering sales teams to reach their full potential.
- Skilled in developing and executing marketing, social media, and outreach strategies to drive lead generation and membership sales.
- Results-driven with the confidence to thrive in a performance-based environment that includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses.
- Excellent communicator with a friendly, energetic, and approachable demeanor.
- Dedicated team player who embodies a passion for health and wellness.
