We’re on the lookout for a warm, energetic **Membership Consultant** to be the heart of our front desk and help us build lasting relationships with our members.

What You’ll Do
- **Welcome & Wow**: Greet every member and guest with a smile and top-notch service.
- **Smooth Operator**: Keep front desk operations running like clockwork — from checking memberships to managing payments.
- **Problem Solver**: Handle member questions and concerns quickly and professionally.
- **Sales Support**: Help convert walk-ins and trials into happy, loyal members.
- **Ambassador**: Promote our referral programs, encourage Google reviews, and help grow our community.
- **Keep It Clean & Safe**: Monitor the gym environment, report issues, and make announcements to keep the club welcoming.

What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, approachable attitude that makes people feel welcome.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Passion for excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable learning new software and gym systems.
- Previous front desk, retail, or customer service experience a plus

**Ready to become the face of our club and help members feel at home?**

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- On-site childcare
- On-site gym
- On-site parking

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
