Compensation & Rewards: - Competitive hourly wage - Signing Bonus – up to $2500 - Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonuses – up to $1,500 - Training Bonuses – up to $3,000 for Manufacturer & Technician Training - Annual Wage Increases - 100% Employer-Paid Health Insurance - Vacation + Paid Personal Days What You’ll Do - Perform safety inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of heavy-duty and niche municipal equipment. - Work on vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and more. - Collaborate with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure efficient service. - Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
