We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help implement marketing strategies and activities in the simulation and training sector. You'll play a key role in the strategic development of your line of business's visibility through B2B marketing campaigns, events and more. Combine your analytical skills, strategic thinking and leadership to bring simulation and training to life through our unique products and experiences.

Your mission

- Participate in the development and deployment of the marketing plan to increase D-BOX's visibility and generate demand;
- Participate in the strategy and deployment of new product launches;
- In collaboration with the sales team, maintain strategic business relationships with partners;
- Identify and coordinate the implementation of growth opportunities through various marketing activities such as trade shows and special events;
- In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, help develop the content plan for D-BOX's digital channels to build global awareness of the products and brand;
- Transform data and research into powerful marketing messages to develop engaging content (blogs, white papers, webinars and more);
- In collaboration with the marketing team and external agencies, plan, direct and execute the design and production of various marketing pieces and sales support tools;
- Working closely with the sales team, analyze trends, understand the market and the competition, and propose appropriate actions;
- Manage annual schedules and budgets;
- Measure marketing initiatives using KPIs and adjust strategies to maximize results;
- Willingness to travel in Canada and abroad (approximately 5 trips per year).

Your DNA

- University degree with specialization in business or marketing;
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a similar role;
- You have a very good understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation and thought leadership strategy;
- You excel at analyzing and synthesizing data, information and market trends;
- You demonstrate leadership skills and are an excellent communicator;
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, a keen sense of initiative, and strong problem-solving skills;
- You have a strong sense of priorities and are results-driven;
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written (regular communications with international partners and customers);
- If you have an interest in technology, even better
