Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an End User Support Summer Student to perform day-to-day operations, including receiving, responding to, resolving, and escalating incidents and service requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
The successful candidate will diagnose and resolve operational or technical issues related to desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, software, mobile devices, and minor networking problems using established ITIL processes.
They will also maintain excellent communication with clients through remote support tools and ensure that all issues are resolved within agreed-upon service levels.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must currently be enrolled in a post-secondary education program and committed to attending in the 2025 Fall semester.
A relevant field of study, such as Computer Systems, Desktop Support, Network Administration, Computer Science, or Computer Programming, is essential.
