Opportunity Details

Our client is a boutique consulting firm that is currently working on a project with a large Telco company. They are looking to an ETL Developer with 5-7 years experience. This is a 10 week engagement that has a great possibility of being extended.

Opportunity Details:

- Work with the project team to build an ETL (DataStage) process
- Extract data from an Oracle database
- Follow business rules to transform the data for load process into Web Service (BEA Weblogic) – no change to web services will need to support the wrapping of ETL process in Tivoli job stream

Skills and Experience

- DataStage Developer — Intermediate to advanced (2-5 years)
- Oracle database — Same as above
- Unix Scripts — Same as above
- Tivoli — Nice to have
- BEA WebLogic — Nice to have – not needed
- Communication Skills — Written and Oral

- Client-Server, Web or Mainframe: Client Server
- Front-end (GUI), back-end or 3-tier development: Back-end - batch
