This role requires advanced proficiency in IBM InfoSphere DataStage, strong SQL/UNIX skills, and hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining ETL pipelines that ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across diverse data sources.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain ETL jobs using IBM InfoSphere DataStage 11.5/11.7. Integrate and transform data from multiple sources such as Oracle, Excel, and flat files into staging and target systems. Build robust sequence jobs using components like Job Activity, Wait for File, Exception Handler, Sequencer, and more. Perform troubleshooting and performance tuning of DataStage jobs to ensure efficient processing. Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment processes aligned with SDLC best practices. Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams for seamless delivery and knowledge sharing. Engage in business meetings and translate requirements into scalable ETL designs.
