We are currently looking for a Rental Consultant to join our rentals team at Driving Force Fleet Solutions in our Fort Saint John location.

What You’ll Do:

- Warmly greets customers and handles phone calls, emails, and queries with professionalism and efficiency.

- Provide exceptional service throughout the rental process, from managing reservations, generating quotes for short‑term rentals, to finalizing rental agreements, processing payments, and completing necessary paperwork.

- Maintain consistent communication with customers, ensuring they are well‑informed about rental terms and conditions before requesting signatures on all relevant documents.

- Conduct thorough walk‑around inspections with customers, obtaining their authorization via signature.

- Perform daily checks on the drop box, process rental returns, evaluate the vehicle’s condition upon return, and offer recommendations for necessary maintenance if repairs are deemed necessary.

- Ensure vehicle availability and prepare rental units for delivery, including driving, cleaning, and fueling vehicles as needed.

What You Bring:

- 1 year's retail customer service experience is preferred.

- Abstract acceptable to The Driving Force Group of Companies Driver and Vehicle Safety Program.

- Experience in the automotive or rental industry is an asset.

- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

- Strong computer skills and you know your way around Microsoft Office.

- You are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adept at multitasking.

- Ability to prioritize and multi‑task with keen attention to detail.

- Clear pre‑employment security clearance.
