**This position is hybrid, 2 days onsite at the Neptune Beach, FL office.**
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of account management including:
- New client onboarding and integration
- Monitor and track current client fulfillment
- Strengthen partnerships by providing assistance and guidance
- Retain current clients and drive their renewal process
- Work with other members of the team to successfully carry out obligations.
- Maintain a professional yet friendly demeanor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar discipline, preferred.
- Obtain a FL 2-15 life, health and annuities license within 90 days of being hired.
- 1-3 years of experience in account management.
- Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to execute and manage multiple clients simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
