POSITION STATUS:

1 full time Caseworker for Fort Frances, Ontario. We are committed to being a trauma-informed agency, putting this knowledge into practice with youth, families, staff, and our community partners.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Skills and demonstrated ability in the provision of assessment, counselling, and group work for adolescents and families.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, agency policies, and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and use of a vehicle.
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- H.B.S.W. plus a minimum of three (3) years related experience and must be a member in good standing of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
- Social Service Worker plus two (2) years of experience may be considered.
- Candidates with other qualifications and related work experience may be considered.

SALARY: As per collective agreement.
