The Life of an Expediter (Expo):

- Main source of high level communication between the culinary and service teams

- Ensure all orders are completed to standard and sent out to the correct tables

- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail to ensure each order is prepared as requested

- Organize and monitor chit times

What We’re Looking For:

- 1 year of Culinary or Service experience in a fine dining + high volume restaurant

- Organizational and leadership skills required

- Open availability - must be able to work evenings and weekends

- You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with change

- You put trust in others and never let anyone down

- You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency

- You are authentic, diplomatic, thoughtful, and always have the best intentions
