We are also on a bus route, with a stop just outside of the hotel, and are offering shared staff accommodation. Our complimentary shuttle also picks up our employees from the bus loop at UBCO

**What will you be doing?**

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Answer guests questions about food, beverages, and other restaurant functions and services
- Communicate with Servers and Hosts to maximize seating
- Practice a high level of floor awareness and clear/clean as required
- Manage the proper set up of: coffee station, expo pass.
- Running food to tables, ensuring that plates arrive to the proper guest
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards
- Monitor the cleanliness of section and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter
- Follow all food safety standards and systems
- Communicate to all Servers any comments or information provided by guests to ensure a positive, memorable experience
- Assist with Banquets: including event setup & takedown, serving and participation in off-site events
- Other duties as assigned
