Summary Are you a Construction logistics expert who knows how to keep crews moving and trucks on the road? Do you lead from the front, whether it's on a construction site or in the middle of a snowstorm? We are seeking an Operations Manager to run the "engine room" of our London-based companies. We provide high-rise construction products and workforce solutions to the region's largest developers, and we need an operator who can manage the details without losing sight of the big picture. The Role This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You will be responsible for the daily coordination of our labour force and the management of our specialized installation projects. You’ll spend your time optimizing crew schedules, ensuring our fleet is MTO-compliant, and making sure our clients' highrise sites are running smoothly. Key Responsibilities - The Logistics Lead: Supervise the daily dispatch of general labour and installation teams. - Compliance Champion: Take full ownership of our CVOR and Safety Program—keeping our fleet safe and our ratings high. - Seasonal Execution: Pivot from Landscaping in the summer to 24/7 snow removal logistics in the winter. - Equipment Management: Ensure our tools, trucks and equipment are ready for the job, every time. Who You Are - Execution-Focused: You love a good schedule and hate inefficiencies and downtime. - Fleet Savvy: You understand Ontario's MTO regulations and know what it takes to pass an audit. - A Problem Solver: When a crew member doesn't show up or a truck breaks down, you have the solution before anyone else knows there's a problem. - London Local: You are familiar with the London construction market and are ready to be the face of our field operations. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Operations Management, specifically in construction, logistics, or fleet-heavy industries. - Proven experience managing diverse labour crews. - Solid knowledge of WSIB and MTO/CVOR regulations. - Full G license clean driving record and the ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons. A bonus would be an individual who possesses an A license. -
