Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: 6 months (Strong potential for extension)
Working Model: Hybrid - Onsite
Suggested Pay Rate (T4): $26.90 Key Responsibilities

- Provide critical administrative support to HR Director(s) and team.
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and event planning.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, meeting minutes, and reports.
- Track and reconcile expense reports; assist with annual budget preparation.
- Coordinate office requirements (mail distribution, supplies, guest reception).
- Act as point of contact for senior leaders internally and externally.
- Provide backup support for other administrative assistants as needed. Required Skills & Experience

- Administrative certification or equivalent experience.

- 5+ years of secretarial/administrative work experience.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and cloud-based tools (eg, Workday).

- Ability to manage multiple calendars and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.

- Flexibility to adjust work hours occasionally (evenings/weekends).
