Job Description

Bilingual Senior Recruitment Consultant - Toronto (Hybrid)As a Senior Recruitment consultant, you will be assisting in the continued growth of our Building & Construction division. Responsibilities include:

- Hunting for new business opportunities across Ontario

- Continued Lead Generation

- Calling and Meeting prospects weekly within Building & Construction

- Full 360 recruitment

- Involvement in proposal process and developing and pitching proposals

- Negotiating Commercial Terms of Business and Rates

- Account Management and Cross Selling to other internal teams including Sales & Marketing, Technology and Finance

The Successful Applicant

Bilingual Senior Recruitment Consultant - Toronto (Hybrid)The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

- A minimum of 2 years successful 360 Recruitment Sales (Business to Business) experience

- Ability to work 3 days in-office in Toronto (2 days from home)

- Proven Business Development experience

- Experience recruiting into the Building & Construction market would be an asset

- An ambitious individual with a driven attitude

- Bilingual (English & French) is essential for this position

A base salary of up to $70,000
