Robertson is expanding and seeking Bilingual Recruitment Consultants to build and grow our Québec market. This opportunity combines business development, client relationship management, and full-cycle candidate delivery.

The ideal candidate brings solid experience in recruitment or strong B2B sales experience, excels at relationship-building and negotiation, with a strong command of both French and English. This hybrid role, based in Downtown Toronto, offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, employer-paid benefits, and access to best-in-class recruitment tools and leadership development.
