The Role
We’re looking for a Client Services Specialist who will be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring every client receives timely, accurate, and exceptional service. From onboarding new clients to supporting ongoing transactions, you’ll help businesses get the most out of Peloton’s payment platform.
What You’ll Do

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting, and escalating issues when needed
- Support clients with payment processing, merchant account applications, and other transactions
- Provide client training and guidance on Peloton’s tools and services
- Monitor and process electronic payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Identify and follow up on transaction discrepancies, alerts, or chargebacks
- Assist with onboarding business partners and supporting risk/compliance processes
- Share client feedback and insights to help improve Peloton’s platform and services

What You Bring

- 3+ years of experience in customer service, ideally in payments, banking, or financial services
- Strong understanding of payment methods (credit card, EFT, bill payments) and POS environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics experience is an asset)
- Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable
- Exceptional communication skills — able to build rapport with clients and adapt to their level of comfort with technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset

Total compensation
The annual salary range for this position is determined viajob-related knowledge, skills, experience, market demand and internal equity. This position offers a competitive benefits plan and base salary for a total compensation package of $55,000-$75,000, based on performance. As an early-stage company, Peloton employees are also Peloton owners. Employees earn stock through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
