Why is this position right for you? As a Director, you will be the right-hand person to the partners and a mentor to the next generation. You will play a key role not only in supervising files, but also in the business strategy of clients.

Your main challenges:

- Management and Review: Supervise compilation, review, and audit engagements. Ensure quality control and adherence to deadlines.

- Leadership: Coach, train, and motivate a team of dedicated accountants. Participate in performance evaluations and professional development.

- Consulting Services: Act as a strategic advisor to clients (planning, tax optimization, and management).

- Development: Actively participate in improving the firm’s internal processes and integrating new digital tools.

The profile we are looking for:

- Education: CPA designation.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 yearsYaw of experience in a public accounting firm, with proven team management experience.

- Technical Skills: Excellent command of Canadian accounting and tax standards. Proficiency with modern accounting software.

- Soft Skills: Positive===' leadership, excellent communication skills, and a sense of humor (we work hard, but we love to laugh).
