The ideal person in this role will be resourceful, inquisitive, self-motivated, possess strong interpersonal skills and capable of handling high work volumes with accuracy.**What you’ll do*** Monitor, maintain and document status on all past due accounts, including documenting details of methods utilized to secure payment* Manage risk assessment for client portfolio with established policies and procedures, including timely and periodic reporting to management with account updates and action recommendations* Be customer focused, strengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts* Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for performance improvement and efficiencies**Qualifications****What you bring*** Post-secondary education in Accounting/Business Administration* 3-5 years’ experience in collections* Bilingual in French and English* Experience working with company policies and control (audit) procedures* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel* Experience in working on the ERP System WorkDay* Highly organized, detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities and strong analytical skills* Excellent communicator with superior verbal and written communication**Great to haves*** CPA/CMA* Lean Six Sigma* Experience working with SAPWe’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
