Our client is a global professional services organization. With lots of career growth opportunity, great training and interesting projects, use your PeopleSoft 8.x functional experience to begin a new and exciting career as an Implementation Consultant, Senior Consultant or Manager.

This is a permanent position which could require extensive travel across North America. Leaving on a Sunday night or Monday morning, you will return on Thursday evening and have the option of working from home on Friday or at the office (our client is flexible). Most of the work is in the Greater Toronto Area, however, you must be willing and open to travel extensively across Canada and maybe to the US.

Here’s what you’ll be doing on a daily basis:

- Provide input and advice regarding PeopleSoft configuration and business processes to clients

- Build positive client and peer relationships by developing an understanding of our client’s customers, their business and project needs

- Anticipate problems and resolve them in order to ensure that the project is completed within budget, to the highest quality, meeting or exceeding client expectations

- Participate in the development of processes and procedures for the implementation project

- Contribute to work planning and status reporting

- Perform accurate functional analysis by employing effective interviewing skills to recommend solutions

- Identify potential engagement opportunities for additional revenue generation

- Ensure satisfactory knowledge transfer to our client’s customers during and at completion of a project

Here’s what you need to have:

- A proven track record implementing PeopleSoft version 8.x from a functional perspective (any module) – at least two years of experience.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)

- Excellent presentation skills

- An undergraduate degree or diploma with a concentration in Education, Administration or Business

- Demonstrate a solid history of success at work, a results driven and self motivated individual

- A great team player with proven leadership and team building abilities along with a positive attitude

It would be nice if you have:

- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in HR (Human Resources), HCM (Human Capital Management) and/or Payroll

- Previous Consulting experience
