My client is a growing software implementation consulting company and they are partnering with a leading AI-driven HR software vendor with $400M in funding and support for their rapid growth.

They are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant/HR Solution Implementation Consultant to join their great team in the old part of Montreal.

They are a fun and dynamic company with great culture, strong leadership from SAP and on course to the next big thing.

It's a really exciting role as they’re in a growth mode so a lot of opportunities to learn and lots of exciting and interesting projects ahead.

You'll be involved in driving discovery and design sessions with the customer’s Human Resources team to understand their needs and act as a functional consultant in HR implementation projects. They are looking for both experience in client facing consulting and HRIS or HCM and/or ATS.

**Requirements**:

- Solid experience in working as an implementation consultant with external clients ideally in a SaaS environment with + 3 customers go-live under your belt
- Minimum 3 years experience in external client facing position
- Experience in the HCM/HRIS/Talent management software space
- Experience working daily with HRIS and/or ATS
- Fluent English and French language is not required.

They are paying up to $115K + 10% bonus+ great benefits incl. 4 weeks of vacation, health benefits (medical, dental, vision, practitioner etc)

They have a beautiful office in Montreal, but you can also work from home 3 times a week.
