Revit + BIM Technologist (Architectural or Engineering)

About the Position

The Revit + BIMTechnologistwill be responsible for the production and review of construction drawings in Revit.
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Participating in the building design process from project inception through to design, construction documents, and construction administration.
- Setting up the initial Revit model with site context according to Republic's BIM standards and guidelines.
- Identifying and resolving building technology issues.
- Conducting site visits to verify compliance with drawing sets and specifications.
- Delivering a diverse range of project typologies across the country.
- Maintaining company-wide BIM standards.
- Collaborating with client groups and a multi-disciplinary consultant team.

Qualifications

- A diploma in architectural or engineering technology from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an architectural office.
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM, with preference given to well-rounded, highly competent users.
- Strong teamwork skills, motivated by a collaborative environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience conducting site visits to verify construction compliance is an asset.
