Le poste de Vice-Président Ventes - Marque Nationale est crucial pour assurer la croissance et le succès continu de notre entreprise familiale dans le domaine alimentaire au Canada et aux États-Unis. Ce rôle stratégique nécessite une combinaison exceptionnelle de compétences en leadership, en gestion des ventes et en développement des affaires.

Responsabilités principales

- Développement de la stratégie de vente : Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente efficaces pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise et maximiser les revenus.
- Gestion de l'équipe de vente : Diriger, former et motiver une équipe de vente performante, en veillant à ce qu'elle soit alignée sur les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Analyse des performances : Suivre et analyser les performances de vente, identifier les opportunités de croissance et les domaines nécessitant des améliorations.
- Relation client : Entretenir et développer des relations solides avec les clients clés, comprendre leurs besoins et s'assurer de leur satisfaction.
- Innovation et amélioration continue : Proposer et mettre en place des initiatives innovantes pour améliorer les processus de vente et rester compétitif sur le marché.
- Collaborer avec les autres départements pour assurer une cohésion dans l'atteinte des objectifs globaux de l'entreprise.
- Participer activement aux décisions stratégiques de l'entreprise.

Compétences requises

- Expérience démontrée : Avoir au moins 10 ans d'expérience réussie dans un poste de direction des ventes, de préférence dans le secteur alimentaire (biens de consommation courante).
- Leadership inspirant : Posséder des qualités de leadership exceptionnelles, capable de motiver et de guider une équipe vers l'atteinte des objectifs de vente.
- Compétences analytiques : Avoir une excellente capacité à analyser les données de vente et à en tirer des conclusions pour orienter les stratégies.
- Orientation client : Être axé sur le client, capable de comprendre et anticiper les besoins des clients pour offrir des solutions adaptées.
- Communication efficace : Avoir de solides compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (français et anglais), pour interagir efficacement avec les clients, l'équipe de vente et la direction.
