The Challenge Ahead

CloudTalk's Product team is searching for a talented Senior Product Designer to drive the development of our next-generation calling software. We're looking for someone who can translate conceptual ideas into tangible solutions, with a focus on crafting elegant user experiences for web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

What you will work on

- Help us expand design expertise by bringing experience and contribute to the AI-powered product design

- Develop, maintain and scale processes or practices for maintaining and maturing the Design System

- Bring new ideas, communicate design concepts effectively to engineers, product managers, and leadership through both visual representations and descriptive explanations

- Translate concepts into solutions and craft elegant UXs across our products

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Understand customer needs alongside our product managers and participate in research, experimentation, and prototyping to find the ideal solution

What makes you a great fit

- Portfolio showcasing excellence in product design and problem-solving abilities

- 4+ years of experience in a product design role

- Strong knowledge of Figma

- Track record of creating, implementing, and maintaining expansive design systems spanning multiple platforms

- Previous experience in integrating design efforts with broader company initiatives, fostering cross-team and cross-functional collaboration

- Adaptability and comfort in navigating through changed project timelines

- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting

- Demonstrated capability in managing multiple intricate projects simultaneously

Nice to have

- Experience in AI-powered product development is plus
