Title: Senior Product Designer Industry: SaaS / Developer Tools / AI Location: Toronto 2 days Hybrid (Offices in Toronto & NYC) Salary: Up to $250K + equity About You: You are a creative, meticulous, out-of-the-box, futuristic designer who's portfolio is anything but vanilla. You are a pixel-perfect product designer with a portfolio that shows world-class web and app design. You participate in design challenges, hackathon's or mentorship in design in the community. You thrive at the intersection of design and code, bringing ideas to life with tools like Webflow, Figma, React, and Tailwind. You're excited to own end-to-end product design in a high-growth, AI-powered startup environment. You design everything with the end user in mind. About Our Client: A Series A rocketship startup with millions of users already scaling globally. Recently raised millions in venture funding to dominate the next wave of AI + LLM developer tools. Building the operating system for AI-driven workflows with a remote-first team spanning North America. Responsibilities: Own the entire UI/UX and product design process from strategy to execution. Translate complex AI/LLM concepts into intuitive, delightful user experiences. Partner with engineering and product leadership to ship pixel-perfect, production-ready designs. Define and evolve the design system for scalability and consistency. Drive user research and feedback loops to refine the product experience. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure design excellence in every release. Qualifications: Basic: Bachelor's degree in Design, Arts, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of high-impact shipped products. Mastery of Figma and strong background in UI/UX for SaaS or dev tools. Familiarity with Webflow, Tailwind, React or similar tools for prototyping and implementation. Strong grasp of typography, spacing, color, and responsive design. Preferred: Experience designing for AI/LLM-based products or developer platforms. Background in early-stage startups where you've owned product design. Ability to influence brand identity, motion design, and creative direction. Compensation Range: Up to $250K base + equity ownership in a hyper-growth Series A startup.
