Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will work with Product Management, Development and stakeholders across the organization to define, shape, and deliver exceptional product experiences across a variety of digital platforms.Responsibilities:Participate in the discovery, planning, and design of new features and productsUnderstand the behaviours, motivations, and needs of our customers to develop relevant and impactful product experiencesSynthesize research to define gaps in usability, customer needs, and strategic opportunitiesIllustrate and communicate complex design solutions by creating process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockupsPartner closely with Product, Development, and other teams throughout the entire product lifecycleFollow established Credivera design system patterns while directly contributing to its evolutionAdvocate for design with cross‑business leadershipQualifications:A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a product designer leading design across a suite of responsive web and/or native mobile applicationsFluency in principles and techniques of human‑centred design practices, information architecture, service design, and user experience designKnowledge of UX research methodologies and analysing research dataStrong problem‑solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage teams and advocate for your ideasPositive, collaborative attitude with a passion for design excellenceExperience in a fast‑paced software development environment with an ability to execute against established timelinesProficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar toolsAbout CrediveraCredivera is the world’s first secure, open exchange for verifiable credentials.
