ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Deal/AccountsReceivable Clerk to join our team with Dilawri Group of Companies. The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotiveindustry and eager to contribute to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Process New and Pre-Owned Vehicles sales

- Ensure that correct payments are received

- Verify that sales documentation is complete (i.e., signatures, appraisalson trades, dealer install options, etc.)

- Balance gross with General Manager commission sheet and account forvariance

- After posting, check balances of inventory and receivables schedules

- Processdaily banktransactions in a timely manner

- Clearing andreconciliationof bank accounts daily

- Processing daily deposits

- Manage various relatedschedules and accounts

- Process andreconcileintercompany accounts

- Responsible for effectivelycommunicating, assisting, and collaborating with all internal and externalclients

- Take ownership of issuesand ensure a successful resolution

ABOUT YOU

- Experience for posting deals is an asset

- Previous accounting experience required

- Dealership experience is an asset

- CDK/OneEighty experience considered an asset

- Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner

- Ability to work independently

- Organizational ability and attention to detail

- Excellent written andoral communication skills
