While this position is situated within the aerospace industry, the core competencies required – contractual diligence, legal acumen, and administrative precision – are universally applicable across sectors. The principles of contract law, negotiation, compliance, and risk mitigation transcend industry boundaries, making professionals with a strong legal and contractual background exceptionally well-suited for this role, regardless of prior aerospace experience.

- Foster respectful and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support internal departments in fulfilling contractual and proposal-related responsibilities.

- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to contracts and proposals.
- Ensure timely renewals and amendments in line with Contract Management policies.
- Monitor legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimize business outcomes.
- Provide cross-functional support, leveraging legal and contractual expertise to enhance operational efficiency.
Business Supporting Functions
- Assist finance and internal teams with invoice validation and payment processes.
- Collaborate across departments to compile data supporting contract management and business needs.
Compliance and Conduct
- Adhere to all safety, security, and HR policies as outlined by Cascade.
- Perform additional duties as required, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Core Skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities under pressure with professionalism.
- A highly skilled professional who can immediately contribute and operate independently with minimal training, leveraging core competencies and contracts expertise from day one.
Education
- Minimum: Certificate in Legal Administrative Studies/Legal Office Administration or equivalent is required
- Diploma in Legal Studies, Paralegal, Business Law, or other relevant discipline considered an asset
Experience
- Ideally, 1-3 years of experience dealing with high-volume contracts/proposals administration in a fast-paced environment
- While aerospace experience is advantageous, the foundational skills in contract management and legal compliance are highly transferable and essential across industries.

- Comprehensive benefits package provided. Extended benefits and the Employee Resilience Program (all 100% paid by Cascade) are offered after 3 months of employment and Pension matching after 6 months.
