Onyx Technologies developed a real estate CRM built on Salesforce. We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions.

- Location: Hybrid position based in downtown Montreal, Canada

- Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

- Architectural Design: Lead the design of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices.

- Solution Development: Oversee Salesforce projects from requirements gathering to deployment.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Integration & Optimization: Design integrations between Salesforce and other systems; optimize performance and processes.

- Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards; ensure compliance with security protocols.

- Innovation: Stay updated on Salesforce features and identify opportunities to enhance business value.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).

- Experience: 8+ years in Salesforce, including 4+ years in an architecture role; proven track record with large-scale solutions.

- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect; Salesforce Certified System Architect; Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred).

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud; expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs); strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL tools.

- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities; ability to collaborate across teams; proactive and innovative mindset.
