Onyx Technologies developed a real estate CRM built on Salesforce. We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. Location: Hybrid position based in downtown Montreal, Canada Type: Full-time, Permanent Key Responsibilities Architectural Design: Lead the design of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices. Solution Development: Oversee Salesforce projects from requirements gathering to deployment. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Integration & Optimization: Design integrations between Salesforce and other systems; optimize performance and processes. Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards; ensure compliance with security protocols. Innovation: Stay updated on Salesforce features and identify opportunities to enhance business value. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: 8+ years in Salesforce, including 4+ years in an architecture role; proven track record with large-scale solutions. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect; Salesforce Certified System Architect; Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud; expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs); strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL tools.
