You will be involved in high-impact projects, ranging from process redesign to the implementation of innovative solutions.**At Agropur, we invest in YOU:*** Recognition of years of service for vacation calculation;* Flexible remote work options;* Flexible group insurance plan including telemedicine services;* Employee assistance program;* Opportunities to invest in yourself (career development, etc.);* Pension plan with company contributions;* Salary scale **005: $82,600 to $103,200** (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)**What this role involves:**More specifically, as a **Project Management Specialist – Frozen**, your responsibilities include:* Analyze and map logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.* Design and implement solutions to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.* Lead and support end-to-end logistics projects, including coordination of frozen product initiatives.* Develop project plans (timelines, budgets), monitor progress, manage risks, and apply corrective actions.* Create dashboards and reports to track performance indicators and project results.* Collect and analyze operational data as part of improvement initiatives.* Identify opportunities for vendor-managed inventory (VMI) and potential cost reductions.* Collaborate on the selection and launch of new projects by involving relevant departments.* Ensure interdepartmental communication and stakeholder management.* Provide strategic and tactical support as the right-hand to the manager.**What you need to join our team:*** Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, information technology, or a related field.* Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in project management or process improvement.* Additional certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum) is an asset.* Demonstrated leadership in managing projects and strong ability to analyze and improve existing processes.* Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, Miro, and Smartsheet, and comfortable with technology solutions to optimize processes.* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.* Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written. *Agropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
