Type of position: Regular Your future role on our team As BBA continues to grow, we seek a project manager familiar with consulting engineering to meet increasing client needs. Responsibilities include: Providing influential leadership for project success. Planning, leading, and controlling project delivery to meet mandates and client satisfaction. Managing stakeholder expectations. Proactively resolving technical, financial, schedule, and human resource issues. Managing project risks and mitigation strategies. Ensuring health and safety policies are implemented by trained personnel. Maintaining quality of professional services per quality management practices. Participating in business development and proposal creation. Maximizing resource utilization and team development. Selecting personnel to control technical risks collaboratively. Serving as a coach to work teams.
