Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support our ongoing SAP implementation project. This individual will be directly involved in testing activities and will leverage their accounting and financial process knowledge to ensure the accuracy and integrity of system outputs.

About the Opportunity

- Execute end-to-end testing for SAP finance modules, ensuring data accuracy and process alignment.
- Review and validate financial processes including month-end (ME) activities, journal entry (JE) postings, and financial reporting outputs.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify, document, and resolve defects or discrepancies during testing cycles.
- Support the development of test scripts , test cases, and validation documentation.
- Communicate testing results, system issues, and process improvement recommendations to project and finance stakeholders.

About You

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, preferably with exposure to ERP systems (SAP experience highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of core finance processes (ME close, reporting, and JE posting).
- Previous experience in system testing, UAT, or implementation support within a finance environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
