Style & Ease Clothing / InPrint is a fast-growing, creative textile and printing company based in Montreal. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to help support our financial operations and contribute to the company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities

- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Maintain and update financial records (accounts payable and receivable)
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist with month‑end closings
- Prepare financial reports and summaries• Support payroll and tax filings
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Organize financial documentation for audits
- Perform general accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in accounting or finance is an asset)
- 1+ year experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
- Proficient with QuickBooks, SAP (or similar software) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Fluency in English and French, spoken and written
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
