About The Role Due to continued growth, Atlas is excited to be recruiting an experienced Administrator with strong finance skills, excellent customer service, and confident problem-solving ability. In this role, you will support operational managers while also assisting with core financial administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance across key processes. It’s a fast-paced, rewarding position where no two days are the same. What you’ll be doing: - Supporting the operations management team with day-to-day administrative and financial tasks - Liaising with clients, suppliers, and operatives to resolve queries promptly and professionally - Assisting with financial administration such as raising purchase orders, processing invoices, checking timesheets, and supporting payroll accuracy - Helping to schedule operatives via our Time & Attendance system, including recording sickness/absence - Supporting recruitment activities such as advertising roles, shortlisting, and completing new starter paperwork - Ordering uniforms and maintaining accurate stock/order records - Completing general administration to meet operational and financial business needs - Ensuring all data is entered accurately to support reporting, compliance, and audit requirements About You We’re looking for someone who not only thrives in a busy administrative role but also has a confident grasp of finance tasks and numeracy.
