Assistant Logistics Manager - Molson Compound

Dilawri Group of Companies is currently looking to fill the position of an Assistant Logistics Manager.

Location: Molson Compound, 1788 West 2nd Avenue, Vancouver, BC.

The responsibilities include:

1. Assist in developing and implementing policies for the lot
2. Supervise, train, and evaluate subordinate employees
3. Issue and submit periodic lot reports to higher management
4. Devise and recommend ways to enhance parking procedures to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
5. Inspect the lot physically and ensure proper conditions for parking
6. Conduct minor maintenance of lot equipment
7. Promote and demonstrate high standards of customer service
8. Organize training sessions for team development
9. Assign duties to lot employees and evaluate their performance
10. Oversee the cleanliness of the lot for smooth operations
11. This position will perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- Be extremely organized
- Be self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work effectively against deadlines
- Possess a valid British Columbia Driver’s License, ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions, and provide a current driver’s abstract
- Ability to operate assigned equipment
